The head of centre is responsible for the management of the centre. The head of centre is appointed by the department of Civil Engineering at DTU and the advisory board of ARTEK. The Head of Centre is Carl Egede Bøggild.
A steering committee of 10-12 experts from Greenland and Denmark will help the centre develop programmes and courses with the right academic content.
